1. Introduction

AI Hub Chat is a platform developed by AI Hub to facilitate AI chatbot interactions and management. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We offer a subscription based dashboard to easily manage all of your AI models. Most popular models are supported (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini), we use their API to connect all of your accounts to your dashboard, this allows you to easily interact with each model without going to multiple websites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Hub Chat. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AI Hub Chat. Prohibited activities include violating laws, infringing intellectual property, transmitting harmful code, and attempting unauthorized access to our services.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing terms. All sales are final unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle. We never recieve your full payment information, we use a certified PCI Level 1 payment processor that supports tokenization to handle your payment information. We may recieve the last 4 digits of your payment method, full name, and billing address. All data is securly transmited and encrypted using the industry standard HTTPS.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by AI Hub unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Hub Chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI Hub Chat.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Hub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Refund Policy

If you're really unhappy with your subscription please reach out, we offer partial or full-refunds depending on your usage.

14. Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to opt-out of your subscription at any time. All of our offered subscriptions are no commitment. Apon cancellation all subscriptions through our payment processor under your email will be canceled. Once a subscription has been canceled you lose access to your premium membership immediately.
